The Shoot (v21) – The Shoot displays my splendour and glory
The Glory of the Lord has risen on you, and the nations will bring their wealth to you. v1-13
Isaiah prophesies that God is going to shine upon Israel.
He is showing them compassion in this time of restoration.
John 8:12 – “When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
You will be honoured by those who have afflicted you, and you will know that I am your saviour and redeemer. v14-16
The Mighty one of Jacob is faithful.
You will be blessed immeasurably, with the Lord as your light, violence gone, a forever land, nations enlarged, and I AM will be glorified. v17-22
The ultimate upgrade – Is 60:22 “The least of you will become a thousand, the small-est a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly.”
