Tea Tree Gully Anglican has hosted The Marriage Course for several years. The course runs for 7 evenings, once a week, from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.
Who is it for?
While the course is based on Christian principles, it is designed for couples with or without a Christian faith. Non-churchgoers have commented that the content didn’t make them feel uncomfortable. You can be married or in a long-term relationship. The course is applicable whether you think everything’s OK, or your relationship needs some fine tuning.
Will it be worthwhile?
Strong and caring lifelong relationships don’t happen by chance. Whatever your situation the practical tools presented will help improve and strengthen your relationship.
What to expect
A friendly welcome, a great atmosphere, and an opportunity to spend regular focussed time together. Couples have their own table, and are served a special candlelit supper. In each DVD session the presenters give a practical talk that’s both informative and fun. Included are clips of couples sharing their own experiences, and street interviews from around the world. There’s time for private discussion between you and your partner with background music ensuring that you can talk in complete privacy.
There is no group work.
