On whom are you depending?

Hezekiah seeks the Lord
Isaiah 37:4, “It may be that the Lord YOUR god will hear the words of the cup bearer, whom his master the king of Assyria has sent to ridicule the living God, and that he will rebuke him for the words the Lord your God has heard.
Isaiah 37:20, “Now, O Lord OUR God, deliver US from his hand, so that all the kingdoms on earth might know that you alone O Lord are God

For us today
1)    On whom do you depend?

2)    Prayerful dependence
Hezekiah laid it all out before God.

3)    What are we praying for?
2 Thessalonians 3:1, “Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may speed ahead and be honoured, as happened among you.
Ephesians 6:19, “[Pray] for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel.
Romans 15:30, “I appeal to you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf.
Colossians 4:3, “Pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ, on account of which I am in prison.
