What is it that you fear?

Luke 12:4, “Do not be afraid of those who can kill the body and after that can do no more. But I will show you whom you should fear. Fear him who after killing the body, has power to throw you into hell”.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 – “Now all has been heard, here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgement including every hidden thing, whether good of evil”

Qu: Who or what do you fear?

Who / what do you turn to in times of fear?

Is 7:9b – “if you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.”

Is 7:14 “The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel, He will eat curds and honey when he knows enough to reject the wrong and chose the right. But, he says, before the boy knows enough to reject wrong and do right the land of the two kings you dread will be laid waste”
